Yesterday I saw the new Taxi movie part 3. I really enjoyed the first 2 movies and was looking forward to see this one. Before watching it I already saw on this site that the same players as before we're in it, so that was all right. But what was the script gonna be like?

The movie starts with a really good actionscene with Sylvester Stallone (speaking French!!) involved. Great! But after that scene, the speed of the movie slows down a bit and never returns. Not that it was boring or bad, but after the first two parts you just want to see good car scene's and superb action.
Also it seems that the director (same as Taxi 2) was running out of ideas so he started to cut and cut and cut until it was like watching short movies within a movie.
The same for the script writer: A lot of ideas and gimmicks were already in 1 and 2 so it was hard to see any 'new' things. Ofcourse... if Daniel drives his taxi through the snow in Val D'Isere it looks good. But it's too much over the top to be really enjoyable.
Overall it wasn't a bad movie, but after two excellent movies it could have been a lot better.
