A Sadly Hilarious and Very Low Budget Trash Movie
25 November 2006
The Caucasian Doug (Steve Hedden) and the Afro-American Donnie (Andre Ware) simultaneously receive a letter with a surprising inheritance of lands. They travel and arrive in a trailer park that belonged to their unknown mother. Both losers and racists, they have difficulties to accept each other. But when a gore killer creature attacks them, they have to join forces to save their lives.

"The Creature of the Sunny Side up Trailer Park" is so bad that becomes sadly hilarious. The first ironic attraction is the name of Coppola (but Christopher) directing this movie. Nicolas Cage's less known brother keeps the famous last name, but it does not help him to improve his direction. The low-budget scenario and special effects are among the poorest I have ever seen. The story is absolutely silly, and the monster recalls one of those of "National Kid", with due respect to this unforgettable cult-series. This trash movie was supposed to be of horror or mystery genres, but in the end it is a not funny comedy. My vote is four.

Title (Brazil): "Criatura do Mal" ("Evil Creature")
