Not a bad movie all in all, very decent action scene, they are bad guys so actually no one is really going to miss them anyway, it's just that it already exist in Japan under the title "Battle Royal", of course the budget and special effects are not to the level of the Condemned.
It's a popcorn/pizza movie that you should watch while doing something else like eating, ironing etc... so that you don't feel you have wasted your time.
And if you want to see the original idea behind it watch Battle Royal, it's entertaining a bunch of school uniform wearing killers, not really cliché and a bit disturbing (imagine a class taken at random among all the 9th grade of a country to fight to death as a warning to all unruly students) . Watch it in original version with subtitles.
