Story is the hero of the film
23 December 2007
Kaisay Kahein is a wonderful story about how today's ambitious, career-driven youth are compromising and sacrificing their family life and personal relationships for their jobs. Our society has placed too much importance on career with more and more materialism becoming prevalent, and as a result, people's families are breaking apart. Divorce rates have hit an all-time high.

This film does a beautiful job of illustrating this trend. Both the guy and girl are shown to have very demanding careers. They undoubtedly perform very well, and with good performances come promotions and increased responsibilities that demand more of their time. The only place they have to cut corners is the time they put towards their loved ones. The zealous nature of the hero's character shows well how the workplace is turning into a rat-race with everyone wanting to reach the top.

The main guy is a terrible actor, and is too immature and young for his character. The actress does a decent job though. However, the brilliant script is the biggest hero of the film with excellent screenplay and dialogues. Many scenes are excellent from the conflicts to the ending. Songs are quite nice.

This film is a must-see for every young and working person as it exemplifies the utter importance to maintain a good work-life balance.
