The show was on my birthday, May 7th. I sat immediately to the left of the big Panavision camera just behind the soundboard, in the middle of the orchestra seats. I was with my then fiancé and I remember that it was the funniest show I had ever seen. They talk about splitting your sides laughing, but that night I was in real pain from laughing so hard before the show was halfway through. I was sore the next day too! It was a classic! You will not regret watching this film! I have watched the film many times since and it is still almost as funny as that night. I think that this film and Delirious by Eddie Murphy and Never Scared with Chris Rock are the three funniest stand up (or in Bill Cosby's case sit down), shows I have ever watched on screen.
