One of the best three stooges short that they did with shemp. The three stooges are as funny as ever and it adds a original stooge plot. The plot is that Shemp has died and gone to heaven but Uncle mortimer is not going to let him threw the gates of heaven unless he change the way of his cousin (Moe and Larry). Down on earth Moe and Larry are using shemps money to there advantage. First they've rented a luxury apartment and hire a butler. At the same time Shemp has come down to earth and the stooges can not see him as he is a spirit but they know its shemp since he told them that they he would come back to haunt the two. Extremely funny.
