What a deception

Warning: Spoilers
I have always preferred thrillers instead of westerns on TV movies, I mean. Even in the 70's. And I love 70's.

And this feature will certainly not make me changing my mind.

I expected a sort of HEAVEN'S GATE before its time, four years earlier. The story of cattle, land barons, who decide to exterminate the little farmers, because they wanted to settle on their territory.

And I found a real boring, classic topic, with no real action, talkative, with somewhere comedy in the acting. The characters are not so deep. But perhaps I expected too much from this film. This bad TV movie. Sometimes, during the viewing, it reminded me a TV episode of LITTLE HOUSE IN THE PRAIRIE !!! It is inspired from actual facts. Perhaps, but I was disappointed. It is not a hard and downbeat movie, such Michael Cimino's masterpiece was. No Sir !!!

A perfect film for Bill Bixby, I don't really like. But that's personal.

Sorry for those who perhaps liked it.
