I have always loved this episode, but I did not remember loving it this much. Quite frankly, I was never a fan of Neal or his story lines. And this episode is partly about Sam finding that Neal's dad is cheating. I liked this storyline much better this time around. Especially from Sam's point of view and how he cries in Harold's arms after getting an Atari. He doesn't cry about the game, but because he is happy to have a father like him.
The Freaks storyline, as always, appeals much more to me. Ken -- who is pretty much a sarcastic bastard has a crush on a meanie band geek chick. Their scenes were a little awkward, but realistic. And it was nice when they finally made out. I absolutely loved the soundtrack for this episode, so many great songs -- especially 'Free Bird' during the final scene. Just perfect.
PS: Nick is still pathetic. I really dislike him.
This episode gets five stars. One of the best.
