Birds are carrying a plague that turns people into zombies.
Okay horror film that is well made but feels too much like a film construct to be truly terrifying. The film looks good and behaves like a film that belongs in what is becoming the new sub-genre of bio-zombie films but it doesn't add anything special to the mix. I'm not sure why my local video place was displaying this prominently, as if it was the latest horror release, but then again the manger sometimes does that. The real question I have yet to figure out is why the directors name is over the title on the DVD case since looking at his IMDb credits he's directed only three films none of which meant anything in my small circle of horror friends. Based on this one film, he's not a bad director but why push him when there are so many other better directors out there? I've gotten off on a tangent but the film is worth a shot for Zombie fans, all others can decide upon based on mood..
