The Simpsons: Beware My Cheating Bart (2012)
Season 23, Episode 18
2/10
One of the worst episodes of the whole season and the entire series.

Warning: Spoilers
Bart falls in love with ANOTHER girl that I once AGAIN forgets the name of because she's so uninteresting and boring. It's like they took the classic "New Kid On The Block" and re-did it. I mean, COME ON! Bart falls in love with a girl that older than him, who has Jimbo as her boyfriend and she decides that she wants neither of them in the end. WHAT?? Originality: NONE! The only difference is that she doesn't think Jimbo is cool. Couldn't they just have chosen some other one instead? It's not like Jimbo is the only one that works. Jesus. And the sub-plot with Homer is not better either, and as a matter of fact, it may be even worse as it's just ANOTHER stupid "Homer- gets- addicted-to-a-TV-show-s h i t. Screw this episode. Yuck. Liked absolutely NOTHING about it. This retarded episode felt like it was written by Tim Long somehow, since he hardly succeeds to make any episode interesting. Okay, there was ONE thing I liked, and that was the couch gag-intro animated by Bill Plympton. It was great, and in fact, it saved the episode from getting the absolutely lowest grade. They should just fire all the dull writers and give back great ones like John Swartzwelder, George Meyer, Mike Scully, Jon Vitti, Bill Oakley & Josh Weinstein and heck, definitely Jay Kogen & Wallace Wolodarsky, though I'm afraid that's not even possible. It's also pretty ironic that Al Jean drove the show into s h i t already in the fifteenth season and has no idea of running it, while he also have written a bunch of great/good episodes, which not a single of them have failed. Where's the logic there?
