It's not Disney or Warner Bros. animation, it's a poorer quality but in color. It's basically American history before the US was formed, and after it was formed leading up to the early to mid 1950's. It has some humorous parts, and some silly parts, the kind that makes one role their eyes at but still quite enjoyable for such a short film. Basically, it's one of those educational films but with humor. I think, perhaps, the John Smith one was the most humorous. The IRS one was probably the least humorous one.
Not the worst animation I have seen but it's not top quality like Disney. Think 1930's animation and in color and perhaps you'll get an idea of what sort of animation it is.
