The Love Mart (1927) is among thousands of films of the silent era which are likely lost forever, unless a print is sitting in someone's attic or a closet. A shame too, as the director George Fitzmaurice made some fantastic films (including the beloved The Son of the Sheik (1926)) and a pre-stardom Boris Karloff also makes an appearance in a minor role.
