A family camping in Brown Mountain, North Carolina is threatened by alien invaders in this mediocre found footage feature. For the most part, it's a serviceable entry into the found footage genre, but when the aliens appear, they love to jump into the frame suddenly and roar. These are the most violent alien abductors ever. They're basically the Predator. I love how they explain why the camera-toting character never drops his instrument in this one: he's an autistic kid - even though he seems to have no problem communicating with anyone else, even the strange, scary redneck they run into. This pales in comparison to the original found footage abduction movie: Alien Abduction: Incident in Lake County (which some nutters still claim to this day is real).
