This episode was so unlike past seasons, I had difficulty believing this was Modern Family. This is a series I love and it's my favorite comedy. But not this year. I looked up the writing credits for the first two shows of the season which I thought were terrible and both are writers I am unfamiliar with. I really disliked the first two shows and I will not be viewing too many more episodes. A huge plea to the original writers to take back their award winning series and give us the brilliantly written shows of the past. Not the only one to feel this way...lots of my friends have expressed the same opinion. This is a wake up call to the producers!
