There isn't much to discuss with this episode. It was basically just filler, although there were a couple of short scenes with Kilgrave that were separate from the rest of the episode and continuing on the overall series plot (although even that didn't go very far). The rest of the episode revolved around Jessica and Luke as they investigate a case. This plot line was fine, but was too slow and nothing much happened until the end (albeit the conclusion was great). Pacing issues seems to be resurfacing in this series, and all I can say is that I hope they are dealt with by the next episode. Still, it ended with a scene that has me intrigued for the next episode, even if most of this episode wasn't very entertaining and was a low for this series (so far).
