The bears are the stars, but the human characters are almost as interesting. The photography/video alone is worth watching the show. My wife would like to visit the town. I can understand her wish, but no thanks. I don't mess with wild animals, but I appreciate the show. I compare it to when I watched an IMAX show of climbing Everest. After seeing the show, I no longer had any desire to attempt the climb! I don't know how many episodes are pending, but I will try to catch them all. There are a lot of emotions watching these animals. You will root for the bears and the humans. The one hour length held my attention. This show also make me wonder why I have not tuned into the Smithsonian channel before.
