Nice and inspiring.

"The First Legion" is set at a seminary run by the Jesuits. An elderly priest has been paralyzed for several years...when, out of the blue, he hears the voice of St. Joseph and begins to walk. A miracle has apparently occurred...but not so fast. There is definitely more to the story than this. And, the local doctor (Lyle Bettger) knows something about this recovery...and Father Arnoux (Charles Boyer) becomes his unwilling accomplice.

This is a very nice and enjoyable inspirational film. While such pictures might seem old fashioned and dated, it is enjoyable and worth seeing if you have an open mind. Very well acted and directed...a very slickly made film worth seeing.
