Albert Pyun's new masterpiece...
24 December 2017
I. C. W. is a strange, surrealistic masterpiece. The music is something wonderful, it's creating a very great atmosphere, a gate into the I. C. W.'s beautiful world. The photography of the film is so surrealistic, because the whole film is just like a beautiful painting. I could not believe my own eyes, the colors makes a feeling what i only feel in my dreams. And maybe this is one of the reasons why am i felt, that i do not see a simple movie, but a beautiful dream. This movie is a dimension gate. I felt from the first scene. I felt, that my reality is left me for a while, and i became not just a watcher, but just like a part of the story. The conversations are creating something very personal atmosphere. Strange, but as the movie went on, i felt myself in a "time traveling". Sometimes in the 50s-60s wonderful scifi-world, sometimes just like in the dream-scenes of an avantgard art movie... With this movie Albert created a totally different and new chapter in the scifi-history.
