. . . Seems like a pretty good reason to cut ties with someone. Really, how could one not like that movie? Shocking discoveries abound here; Sam sees how boring (and patently awful) his dream girl is, and personal secrets about Ken's girlfriend leave him deeply conflicted. As funny as this is (no question), both storylines are handled with an impressive level of sensitivity. Sam's worked for so long to get Cindy's attention, but they just don't mesh. And Seth Rogen does some of his best work channeling Ken's despair.
It's never a sad episode, but you end up rooting for both characters to move beyond this. There are plenty of funny moments, not the least of them Ben Stiller as a dissatisfied Secret Service agent. Pretty much all of the show's best qualities are right here, and the little things really do add up to something special.
