. . . is for being the primary source material of the later live-action feature flick--a well-known classic of the horror genre--which is, of course, THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE. Some cinema buffs have quibbled over the question of whether a canine (in this case, "Pluto") can actually inspire a human spin-off character. Maybe this would have been a valid bone of contention when PLUTO'S SWEATER first appeared on screens back in the 1900s. However, now that "Rin Tin Tin" (and his co-star, "Linda Lovelace") has served as the template for the live-action Real Life media sensation currently monopolizing our government with the hit show WHITE HOUSE APPRENTICE, any argument over this issue has become a mutt point. Therefore, observant viewers of both films will see the animated storyboards for CENTIPEDE parading across their screens between three and four minutes into PLUTO'S SWEATER.
