There were some unexpected moments and the evil doctor, Natalie, certainly played it well. However, the husband character I hated. It portrayed sex starved married men as weak. He didn't have a nagging wife or any weak excuse to cheat, she was innocent and undeserving of his cheating. What was he expecting, a one night stand to not complicate his life after that? He deserved the frustration.
Making the doctor lesbian after that was clever but jeez we already sat through some very sexual situations and they just piled it on.
