Remember who you are...
29 January 2019
"With Love... from the Age of Reason" (L'âge de raison) is a Comedy - Romance movie in which we watch a woman who forced herself to forget everything about her childhood memories. Now she is a career-driven businesswoman, she has a very successful career and she is considered a very important person at the company she works for. Everything change when she starts getting letters that force her to remember her traumatic past.

I liked this movie because I found it very interesting since it has a nice and very different plot. I enjoyed the meaning of this movie which is to remember who you are and who you wanted to be when you were young. Everything happens for a reason and your past of each person defines who that person will be in the future because the past is the materials from which each person is built. I enjoyed the interpretation of Sophie Marceau who played as Marguerite vel Margaret Flore and she was simply amazing at it. Some interpretations that have to be mentioned were Marton Csokas who played as Malcolm, Michel Duchaussoy's who played as Maitre Mérignac and Jonathan Zaccaï's who played as Philibert Bakary. Regarding the direction of this movie which was made by Yann Samuell who is also the writer of it, I have to admit that is was surprisingly good with some very clever scenes.

In conclusion, I have to say that "With Love... from the Age of Reason" is a great movie, with a very new and different plot and some equally good interpretations made by its cast. I recommend everyone to watch this movie because I am sure that you are going to enjoy it and you will think about your life and the things that you probably forced yourself to forget and why. It's a beautiful movie with a beautiful meaning.
