Note: I've only seen a few random episodes of the show, so I didn't really have anything to compare it with.
I'm going to ignore the movie's unrealistic physics because they were similar to the show. The story line was fairly uninteresting and predictable, but that's expected from a kid's movie. The cinematography was very poor; I can't remember a single memorable shot.
The CGI was horrible whenever it had to interact with a person. Ron never once made eye contact with Rufus, always staring off into space when they're supposed to be looking at each other. Kim at least looks at where Rufus is standing so it's less obvious. Ron's hands were closed to hide Rufus, and Rufus was far larger than would have fit in his hands. They didn't even try to make it look like a certain character was holding a prosthetic part.
Kim and Shego made the movie bearable. Both of them acted fairly well. Kim performed some emotional scenes convincingly, even if her dialogue wasn't great. Shego's character was the only source of humor, and it was quite funny to see her dynamic with Draken.
Ron acted and sounded like the TV show's character, but the movie really highlighted that he should never have teamed up with Kim. His quips and clumsiness aren't funny, and they only serve to make the viewer wonder why Kim would ever allow someone to slow down her operations like that. He only has one scene in the whole movie where he actually helps Kim, and that was only as an accident. Bringing her mom and/or grandma seems like a significantly better choice for Kim, and it would provide a much more realistic reason for Kim to get into fighting crime in the first place.
In a similar vein, Wade's character seems incredibly unrealistic. This kid is an incredibly ambitious genius, but for some inexplicable reason, after graduating college he becomes content spying 24/7 on every aspect of Kim's life, even the normal and boring parts. This movie really makes him look like a stalker.
