Review of Stage Struck

I'm an old movie buff from way back. This is one of my absolute fav flics!! Was it a conspiracy or something? I thought Susan Strasberg was charming and endearing in the role of Eva Lovelace. The blood in the water mentality of the critics at the time was unfortunate. Negatively affected Strasberg's career. Critics real and imagined are still dissing her talent. I liked her. Just my opinion of course!
