By far my least favorite Hallmark movie with Danica McKellar and possibly my least favorite of all the Hallmark movies I've seen. The kid was whiny and selfish. The outcome was irritating. If the kid's mom can pick up and move to Australia, there's nothing stopping unemployed artist Dad from picking up and moving to France with the kid and the girl. At least in other movies, the person turning down the job move also includes family and community ties, plus actually getting the job they want, not turning down the dream. Also, it's totally ridiculous that the store owner would require her to move in 24 hours and on Christmas Eve. I know these are intended to be cheesy escapes from reality but sometimes the unrealistic parts just stretch too far.
