This is without question the most ridiculous script ever to waste film. A totally unbelievable, uninteresting, and ridiculous plan to steal 6 million of Nazi buried gold. The entire production reeks of circumstances so unlikely to happen, that it makes fairy tales seem more believable. Telly Savalas, Robert Culp, and James Mason, all repeat their lines without any conviction, because they obviously sensed that they were in a meaningless crap fest. This movie is the most blatant example of total nonsense I have ever had the misfortune of viewing. The U.S. Army comes out looking like total fools. This is definitely not the heist of the century, more like the "bomb" of the century. A well deserved 1 star, and I do not give out 1 star ratings lightly, but this film definitely deserved less. - MERK
