This show was such a mess to watch. The characters thought processes and decision making felt out of place and very random, because of this it makes it hard to connect to the characters as their motivations don't make sense. It touched on a lot of themes like feminism, misogyny, religion vs science, the relationship between life and death, but it never really delved further with that. Its like the writers chose to let these interesting themes fade into the background to focus on the ridiculous relationship between Ade and Pietro. This pairing has a complete lack of chemistry and no relationship development at all relying only on the idea of love at first sight making me cringe at every scene where they attempted to show affection. I really wanted to like this show but the screenwriting makes it incredibly hard to watch all 6 episodes and I was left feeling disappointed and irritated. Wasn't worth my time.
