What Dallas and Dynasty did for oil, Falcon Crest did for wine.

Angela Channing was a no nonsense take no prisoners business woman. She'd step on peoples toes without a thought. But could someone please tell me that why is she vilified while Jacqueline Perrault was so revered? The former was tough in business while the other was a Nazi collaborator and help snatched a woman's child. MS Perrault was also a part of a "shadow organization" bent on economic chaos. Back to the review you have conflict between Angela Channing and her nephew Chase Gioberti. When Chase's father dies under mysterious circumstances he comes for the funeral. Angela assumes he'll sell his father's share vineyard to her. But Chase declines and vows to start his winery. You have the usual soap opera stuff. The series ending was disappointing. I was disappointed when they got rid of the character Dwayne Cooley. Hey, I went to elementary school with Daniel Greene and his sister was in my class. But his character had a big upside. Seeing Lorenzo Lamas character Lance Cumson grow from an entitled rich kid to a responsible adult and business man.
