This is a good thriller. Stylish, well cast, well directed and produced. Absorbing old school cinema.
Ewan McGregor is excellent as the reluctant hero and detective. Pierce Brosnan is also great as the egotistical puppet. Lovely to see the little cameo by Eli Wallach.
A few minor shortcomings and lazy writing like the previous ghost's belongings just left in the room even tho he is murdered because he knew too much. Sloppy and annoying.
Otherwise a great watch all round.
