Maybe outdated music/song references aside, this movie was quite the surprise for me. I did not expect it to be as classy as it was. Yes there is some nudity, but this is not meant to excite you or entice you. Although that does not mean characters in this don't get excited ... there's a young fresh 15 year old boy (he was 17 when he played that role) that some can play with.
Or mess around with that is. The boy is easily impressed and even a slightly older female at his new job ... does the job for him. And she is quite the tease. She obviously isn't very satisfied with how her marriage is going or where it is at the moment. So as much as it is about the boy, it is also about the girl ... and their evolving attraction, despair for each other. There are other forces at play and one might say the ending is inevitable ... you decide that. Very nicely shot and played - this is quite the look on how hormones play with a young boys mind and where it can lead ...
