Go watch as many movies on here that you can that are rated 4.6 then honestly ask yourself if this movie deserves a higher rating after you watch it. I say definitely.
Is it a great movie? No. But it's definitely better than most people say and the last good movie in the franchise in my opinion. The next two are just average.
If you liked the previous three instalments, especially part 2 as it's similar, though admittedly not quite as good, then I can't see why you wouldn't still enjoy this.
