Though not nearly as good as the movies it tries to emulate (Sin City, Pulp Fiction, Good Guys Wear Black.) it is a passable watch. It is a low budget B movie, but a good one. The worst parts would be the male lead and mostly amateurish fight choreography. With more money it would have been very good.
