It's funny and sometimes witty, but as you grow older, you realize how unsympathetic these characters can be. Purposely or not. It used to be my favorite show as a kid, alongside Step by Step, only it was because I was too young to fully understand it. Now I see characters for what they really are, and I don't like it. I still enjoy episodes once in a while, especially those involving the nanny's family, and I love hearing those Niles and CC digs. But another thing I realized recently, was how the show lost its appeal, once the courtship ritual between Fran and Maxwell come full circle. And their little flirting sessions, got creepy and unprofessional, on several occasions.
