Review of The Nanny

I love this show! Every time I rewatch it, it keeps reminding me how I tried to watch every episode on tv back in the day when the series first aired in my country. What would we all do without Amazon and Netflix? They safe us so much time... Anyway, as I did watch the show multiple times now I have to say, that they should've ended it with season 5. Why? Because if there was a drinking game for every time Max and Fran say Darling to each other you'd be dead from alcohol poisoning. It's totally annoying me. Season 6 feels so rushed and not as natural. They tried so hard for every character to get a happy ending, that it was getting annoying. At least for me. Maggie for example was 22 (?) why did she have to marry? And what about all these pregnancies? C.C.'s age wasn't mentioned but as she has been working for Max since the late 70s she must've been in her late 40s. So what? Wasn't it political correct back in the 90s to live together without kids and or marriage? Come on! But it still is a good show. And if you ignore all the mistakes as we should, it's still enjoyable.
