It was a lot bigger than Vice City. There were a lot more ins and outs, and it was fun playing the 90s Boys in the Hood life.
And of course there were additional features. I mean, let's face it, you could spend hours alone getting your character as fat as humanely possible and then working it off by riding a bike around town. It had more mini games, more weapons, but....
... it didn't exactly pop like Vice City did, did it? It wasn't as beautiful, it wasn't as hip.
It was still fun to play, it still had it's own killer charm, but.... compared to 80s Miami it was kind of a let down in some ways. The story was more compelling in a lot of ways, but it just wasn't as cool.
