The only reason I didn't give it 10 is because I didn't enjoy Sterling K Brown's portrayal of Leo McGarry.
Particularly at the beginning it was like Sterling was just a stand-in saying the words. Someone for the other actors to play off. He was an emotionless statue who didn't add anything to the scenes he was in.
I found his portrayal a little insulting to the late John Spencer.
