Perhaps this is the right film, albeit with elements of humor to justify the genre and idea, but still there is a lot of things that will have to be faced during pregnancy. But at the same time it is not easy for perception... comedy should be a comedy, reality should be reality. When you start to mix genres and ideas, you risk to shake viewer's feelings in uncomfortable sides. This film could be good comedy OR! real story, but here I have to jump from funny moments to "wtf? I didn't ask for that here and now".
You can try this film, it's good... but prepare to feel yourself uncomfortable in many "sharp" places.
