Don't let the rating fool you it not good as it is here the reason why:
-It has least likeable character
-The acting is horrible
-It supposed to be sequel to kuuga seriously they changed the element from police drama to god killing
But there some redeem quality like
-The movie(Kamen rider agito: Project G4)
-Ryo ashihara (kamen rider gills) and Toru hojo(V-1) are likeable
