How can an action film be so boring?! This film failed in a biblical proportion & the namesake offered a chance of something decent but failed to deliver. I did find it hilarious that the ultimate crime lord/kingpin looks like Pitbull (cue a cut away Family Guy scene & therefore could not be taken seriously) & All the antagonists are so generic.
