My god lance, what are you doing to me

The concept of this film is simple and bare bones. Joseph a member of the Byrne family and friend of townsfolk disappears and people believe he's simply just left town, he randomly appears as his family and friend are having a party, then strange events begin to occur.

I'll come clean, I bought this film because it had Lance Henriksen, one of my favorite actors, him and B-movies tend to mix well or at least decently, however this isn't case for this film or any actor in this film for that matter. This film drags on and on and it feels like borderline torture at some moments. If you pick this film up prepare to be plagued by bad acting, laughable dialog, and a mess of a story. I've watched a lot of cheesy and laughable horror films and was able to at least able to find some aspect of enjoyment out of them, this film doesn't have any ounce of enjoyable content. I get making a film on a low-budget is a difficult task, but this film honestly is a waste of creativity (if there was any involved in the production and writing of this film) and everyone's time who was involved and it feels very insulting to the viewer.

I really wanted to find some enjoyment out of this film and the premise makes it seem pretty decent and an enjoyable watch but no not at all. I'd stay clear of this one and if you see it in the bargain bin, hide it from others to prevent the pain this movie causes. 1 star for the premise and for Lance Henriksen.
