I don't know how Roddenberry dreamed this up, but it is the worst ST episodes. Yeah, parallel development and all that, but come on. A US flag, and the US constitution make their way into the show? And Kirk gets long winded at the end with that speech? What was this, a rah rah America episode? A real dud. If you haven't watched it, don't bother, it's not worth 60 minutes of you life.
