Cem Yilmaz is proving his master skills once again on create a character. For example in G. O. R. A movie Bob Marley Faruk, Kuna are unforgettable characters and in this movie Ahben Sonel and Ejder made the same impact. Cem Yilmaz is fan of Yavuz Turgul, due to this reason he is trying to achieve his atmospheric level in this movie, if you know who is Yavuz Turgul, when you watch this movie you will catch this vibes easily. You can see the director name in the Intro of this movie. Because as I mentioned before this movie refers to Yesilcam movies in every part of the movie. In this movie Cem Yilmaz is handling generation conflict between retro movie director and new directors. Apart of that, Cem Yilmaz handling difficulties of low budgets, locations, high-ego actors, whims of directors etc Ahben Sonel never uses real name instead he calling himself "Kurtulus", because stage name is much more iconic than real names. This movie has very nice harmony betwen comedy and drama, drama is a little bit more dominant in general. In conclusion, except product placements and obsession of Cem Yilmaz about playing as a bad character in every movies, this movie is very fun and including a lot of subtle messages. For example, "Arzu Film" is the name of Cem Yilmaz's wife in this movie. Cem Yilmaz also didn't forget to refers to festival movies and 80's movies.
