Two cops are assigned a couple of busy-work positions in the basement. They take the jobs meant to shuffle the paperwork belonging to cases from the last 20 years and instead they solve a cold case that didn't even look unsolved. A women is kidnapped and held in a pressure tank for years. Her captor increases the air pressure each year. This is a well-paced flick, the story well-told and my interest is kept on the story. I do start to get a "tv show" feeling, where I know they'll solve the crime and save the girl. It takes away from the suspense.
