The message behind this movie is what earns in stars in rating. I am not usually one who gravitates towards inspirational sports movies, and this was one that was stumbled upon completely by accident. However, I was quickly drawn in by the intriguing story of a young man prospering against all odds. Christopher Severio was wonderful, I truly felt the kind and genuine nature Brandon Burlsworth was said to exude. Not all the performances were stellar, but in movies of this kind, they often don't have to be. This is based on a true story, and it is striking to see all of the positive things that can come from such a tragedy.
