I'm probably not the best person to ask about any show that claims to a police procedural. The reason for that is that I tend to be very skeptical when it comes to authenticity in regards to LE. I had to stop watching in the last episode, S3E12, because of watching a supposedly veteran team, with a SWAT team on hand, fail to draw back and wait the the situation out, when they had a building surrounded. I understand that it's a TV show and the writers will take some "license" but, this has just gotten sloppy. Deleted the episode and canceled forthcoming ones from my DVR. Just could no longer suspend my disbelief.
