Essentially, all of the Road films had the same principal actors and plot. The boys would just change locations for their adventuress. Dorothy Lamour was always thrown in as a romantic interest in the films as well. Each film would be in some exotic location, and there would be some rationale for the boys to be there and get into trouble. The films always had a happy ending and Bing Crosby usually came out on top. That was all there was to it. This simple formula made millions for the studio, Hope and Crosby. Enjoy the fun.
