The outlaw water foul is pictured here living somewhere in the Far North, but not in renegade Russia, then and now beyond the Pale of Civilization. In the rest of this region, including wherever Don the Duck is, poaching bear cubs is universally illegal. However, this fact does nothing to deter the dumpster duck from planning to murder the bear cub via the cruelest means available: hanging by the neck until dead, all to satisfy his prurient interests with his fashion-crazed squeeze, Daisy. Certainly this will be of great interest to potential youth viewers, since hanging always had been one of the leading means of suicide in this age group.
