The despicable Don Duck creates a dead-end danger zone for his delinquent nephews, treating them with as much callous disregard as if he were a producer of RUST. Given his penchant for gun safety and sensible shooing iron controls, it is no surprise that the heroic Governor of Florida has launched an all-out war against Dizzy this month, getting laws passed to insure the demise of Dizzy World and every other reminder that the rodent rabble ever resided in his Sunshine State.
