Watch this as entertainment and nothing more. Unfortunately, as you can see by the reviews, once people see that little "based on true story " tag line, they assume it's all real. The amount of fraud and payola portrayed in this movie isn't possibly sustainable in real life. Insurance companies do not pay the amounts described in this movie over and over again for the same person. And you can't fraudulently hire someone to work for you on Monday, put them on your company's insurance, and the next day they're covered for 72k in rehab expenses.
