Some fans of the previous series don't care much for this version of the Avengers but it's still entertaining. I like the sense of humor of this show. An episode where all of the Avengers become Huiks was amusing. The Impossible Man makes a wacky appearance. And doing a version of the Avengers that imitates the cinematic universe is not entirely unwelcome. I think the voice acting and animation are also better than the negative reviews would have you believe. I also like the addition of the Falcon to the team. I remember him from the Captain America comics I collected as a kid and it's good to see him trying to adapt to the dynamics of a team that is new to him. And honestly, I'm glad they got rid of that awful theme song from EMH. I suspect that fans of EMH would not have many complaints if the show stuck to the character designs of that series. In the end, these characters are fun to watch in different situations and I can tell that the creators knew that they couldn't do the exact same thing again.
